Support Groups for Children PDF Print E-mail

It’s Easier with Friends

Children and teenagers face complex fears and feelings when coping with the illness or loss of a loved one. For young people, being part of a group of like-minded peers is especially important and helpful during the grieving process.

Lifetime Care offers Support Groups especially for children and teens, guided by trained, experienced and compassionate facilitators. These programs are open to anyone in the community who is dealing with a loved one’s illness or death, regardless of whether the patient received services from Lifetime Care.
