In our last Employee Opinion Survey, Lifetime Care was rated higher than national benchmarks for health care organizations on eight different measures, including

On four measures, our rating was more than 10% higher than benchmark levels:

  • Strategy and Mission – The agency has a clear sense of direction, as well as realistic goals and objectives;
  • Supervisory Consideration – Supervisors are friendly and helpful, and staff feel supported when problems occur;
  • Concern for Employees – Staff feel they have job security and believe that management responds to problems in a fair manner; and
  • Customer Service – Staff are committed to quality and genuinely care about patients; if they needed health care services at home, they would want to be customers of Lifetime Care.
