Families Praise Hospice Services

With Hospice defining the patient and his/her family as the unit of care, results of surveys of family satisfaction provide a relevant measure of performance.

In our most recent quarterly survey, more than 96% of respondents said Hospice achieved its goal of supporting quality of life. The same percentage said that Hospice services were appropriate to the patient’s and family’s needs.  

More than 98% of respondents rated the overall quality of Hospice care as very good or good (the top two ratings), and more than 98% said they were likely to recommend Hospice to others.
